NRC’s Oleochemicals division has contacts with suppliers in Europe and the rest of the world which span many decades, giving us the best possible basis from which to provide our customers with excellent service. Our comprehensive product portfolio of animal fat and vegetable oil derivatives mirrors the sheer versatility of oleochemicals: fatty acids, glycerine, fatty acid esters, fatty amines and castor oil derivatives are used in many applications, including the production of alkyd resins, leather and textile auxiliaries, surfactants and detergents, cleansing agents in the printing industry or as processing aids in the rubber industry. The portfolio is rounded off by biocides, which are also widely used in the chemical industry, and bismuth carboxylates for specialized applications in greases and lubricant oils.
