NRC`s sales department Flame Retardants offers a comprehensive product portfolio of flame retardants and fire-barrier additives. Here, we focus especially on halogen-free systems, which are excellently represented by our halogen-free flame retardants series of NORD-MIN MC® Melanmin Cyanurates and NORD-MIN® Expandable Graphites. The series of expandable graphites are constantly expanded to meet all requirements coming from the market. We provide grades with very early or very late start of expansion. Grades with very fine particle size are of growing importance here. Our range of products thus enables us to fulfil increasing fire-protection requirements in a wide variety of different applications, including the construction-, electronic-, textile-, automotive- and the plastics industry. In addition, we provide the plastics industry with a wide range of synergists and other additives, such as thermo chromic pigment preparations and innovative grafted polymers for use as coupling agent and compatibilizer.
