NRC meets the varied requirements of the food industry with a comprehensive range of raw materials and additives. In recent times, there has been an increased focus not only on product functionality, but also on natural, biological aspects. In addition to flavourings, enzymes, yeast extracts and starches, we have expanded our palette to include a growing range of natural raw materials. These include fruit and vegetable powders, Australian herbs and spices, and plant extracts with functional properties.
We keep our finger on the global pulse, allowing us to detect emerging trends at an early stage and offer our customers a wealth of ideas on how to implement new product concepts or improve existing products.
