As a participant in the Responsible Care Programme supported by the German Verband Chemie-
handel VCH, we have been committed towards continually improving our performance in terms of safety, health and environmental protection since 1997. Not only our headquarters in Hamburg and our subsidiaries are certified to ISO 9001:2008 - we also demand this of our forwarding and ware-
housing agents. At NRC and our warehousing agents, the ESAD Assessment (European Single Assessment Document) of the European industrial associations CEFIC (Conseil Européen de l’Industrie Chimique) and FECC (Fédération Européenne du Commerce Chimique) has also been implemented.
